SHIPPING Information
I’m a shipping section.
We have CLICK and COLLECT available instore/ Cambridge as a shipping option.
We also have a couple of flat rate shipping prices for around NZ = Generally speaking if your order is 3-5 items the under 2kg shipping will be appropriate.
We will do our best to accommodate the best shipping option for you and costs can vary depending on where you are and what you would like. We would be happy to get a quote for you- just ask.
RETURN POLICY
Our first priority is for you to be happy with our products and services. If a product is not right please just talk to us. If its our fault we will do our best to sort it out for you. If you made the wrong choice and can return the goods unopened, then we will do our best to accommodate some new options for you.
PAYMENT METHOD
We have a full online store and payment facility. You can pay by debit, credit or bank transfer.
Our bank details are listed as a payment option in the store section.
Payment is due prior to dispatch, or upon invoice.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
I’m a wholesale inquiries section. Should you need a bulk supply of lavender or lavender product please contact us with a call or an email detailing what your needs are. We will be happy to hear from you and can advise you what we can do to meet your needs.
